WHAT IS THE S.O.P. FOR OOH CAMPAIGNS?

  • Installation of branding substrate like flexes on the start date of the campaign

  • Immediately providing the client with digital & newspaper dated photographs after installation

  • Providing the client with lit photographs if the site is illuminated

  • Providing mid-campaign monitoring photographs during the campaign

  • Providing the client with digital & newspaper dated photographs on the end date of the campaign

  • Following the above procedures for any change of flex during the campaign

DO I NEED A BIG BUDGET FOR EFFECTIVELY REACHING OUT TO MY TARGET AUDIENCE?

We believe that the marketing budget should be determined on the basis of the sales revenue being targeted. Production & distribution costs, & profit margins have to be taken into account to arrive at a reasonable marketing budget. If the budget is too small for TV, Print or OOH then cost effective media like digital, radio & BTL events can be resorted to.

DO YOU PEOPLE PROVIDE EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES?

Our experience in meticulous planning & on-ground execution of BTL events helps us understand the client's event management requirements to the T. We not only plan & execute the event but have contingency measures ready to address any kind of possible deviations like bad weather, very high footfall, unruly crowd, medical or other emergency etc. Our clients are always on top of the performance of the event through daily updates & a final performance report on event completion.

WHAT IS THE COMPANY’S PROCESS TO ADDRESS OPERATIONAL ISSUES?

We always address issues on an immediate basis. For example, in case of an OOH hoarding campaign if a flex gets damaged due to a natural calamity or vandalism, we immediately send mails with photos to the client reporting the damage along with its cause and ask permission for immediate replacement of the flex. If the lights of any site are not illuminated, the same gets rectified as soon as possible.
